The Golden Bear Golf Society is based in Murcia, Spain a region which is rapidly becoming recognized as providing some of the very best golf courses in Southern Europe. Our Society 'home' is centered around the 'Nicklaus Trail', which comprises of six unique and internationally acclaimed golf courses created by the world-renowned Jack Nicklaus Design group.

 

Our main aims are not only to bring together like-minded people to enjoy a game of golf in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, but equally as important, is to create a genuine "club" of friends through the various social events organized after each of our games. Throughout the year we organise monthly golf outings on one of our "home" courses. Every golf tournament we organize will also include an associated social event. Members whose partners are not golfers are actively encouraged to bring them along to these various social events.

 

The Golden Bear Golf Society actively seeks sponsorship from businesses and individuals which, together with our size, enables us to negotiate special prices on Green Fees, golf equipment, local services etc. The Golden Bear Golf Society itself is a non profit-making organization with all membership fees, donations, sponsorships etc, being used for the benefit of its members and/or charities and worthy causes the Golden Bear Golf Society supports from time to time.
